Built in 2020, using wood sourced from the Albury Estate, sustainability is at the heart of our business. The trout smoker at the rear of the building offers fishermen the opportunity to have their freshly caught fish prepared and smoked ready to take home for the oven.

The Smokery is situated in Albury, Surrey, and is a stone's throw from Guildford with easy connections to London Waterloo. We offer super fast WIFI, a projector screen, kitchen facilities and many more amenities.
